SELF LOVE POTION ((tincture for anahata work))

It’s taken me a long time to get to a place where I have a healthy love & respect for myself, and I still have to work at it. We all do, I think. Sometimes it feels like the world is just trying to break us over and over again so that we can reconfigure ourselves and slowly learn how to live like warriors while retaining an open heart.

I made a lil potion for a beautiful friend of mine who is going through hard times (a divorce) and thought I would make up more and extend it to you all, too. Think of it as a midwinter or Valentine’s Day antidote for those of you who could use a little more heart and warmth in your life. We need to give that love to ourselves, especially when our hearts are breaking, when the human inclination is to shut down, go inward and go dark. This blend will support you in facing the sun again.
My favorite way to enjoy this is by adding a dropperful to a mug of hot water for a mild tea, or adding some to tea or juice. You can alternatively take a dropperful on your tongue, especially nice if you’re on the go or traveling and have a bottle handy, or you can squirt some into your bath water and absorb it that way.

We all need to practice more self love. This potion solidifies that intention and brings it into the third dimension, while simultaneously working with the energetics of plants and gemstones.

I hope it makes your heart warm and expansive.
